4.The Registration Process
When you complete our intake form and registration, you are expressing your interest in attending a private online masterclass. Completing the form does not automatically guarantee a seat. We reserve the right to confirm or decline any registration at our discretion, cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, and limit the number of attendees per session. If your registration is confirmed, you will receive a private joining link via email and/or WhatsApp prior to the session date.

When you complete our intake form and registration, you provide us with personal information including your name, email address, WhatsApp number, location, and responses to our intake questions. You agree that we may use this information to confirm your registration and send your joining link, personalise the session content based on your intake responses, send you relevant follow-up information related to the session you registered for, and contact you about future sessions or programmes offered by Family Excellence Hub, only where you have given consent. 6.Intake Form Responses
The questions in our intake form are designed to help us understand your situation and make the session more relevant to you. Your responses are completely private, stored securely, used only to personalise your experience, and never shared publicly or with any unauthorised third party. By submitting your responses, you consent to us using them for the purposes described above.
7.Session Conduct
Our masterclasses are private, structured online experiences. By attending, you agree to join from a quiet, private space free from distractions, not record, screenshot, or distribute any part of the session without our written permission, treat all session content as confidential, engage respectfully with the facilitator and any other participants, and not share your joining link with anyone else — links are issued on a per-registrant basis. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session who violates these conduct standards, without refund where applicable.
8.Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, graphics, session materials, frameworks, and methodologies is the intellectual property of Family Excellence Hub. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website or our sessions for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

13.Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend a confirmed session, please notify us as early as possible via email. We will do our best to accommodate you in a future session where available. Sessions are non-transferable — your joining link cannot be shared with or used by another person. If we cancel or reschedule a session, we will notify all registered participants as soon as possible via email and WhatsApp.
14.Third-Party Platforms
Our sessions are hosted on third-party video conferencing platforms. Our registration process uses third-party tools including TagMango. Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party platform.
